We celebrated our 15th anniversary last Saturday! It was great to see the entire church coming together as one. God has been faithful. We started off with 5 and now we have about 3000 souls worshipping God. I'm certain that this is just the begining. He who has started this great work in us will bring it to completion :)
History makers!
This used to be my ex cg members. So glad to see all still here and doing well. Having dinner together tomorrow... excited to meet :D
jona, my ex sheep... still used to call her Jessica. And she says that she reads my blog and i told her that i read hers too..hehee..
I appreciate the time we spent together in our "younger" days. I still have your "matchsticks" encouragement card and the pictures of our bishan CGs. You are a great encouragement to me, tolerating me and supporting me in many ways. Felt really sad when u left, felt that i wasn't a good enough shepherd... but nevertheless i thank God for having you back :) Matured but still the same in many ways... hehee...
Looking forward to catching up with you :)
that night, i went to zinc's house as a surprise. 3 beautiful ladies were celebrating their birthdays (Zinc, Ting and Jogina)
We went to K Box to celebrate Zinc's birthday on Sunday.
My CG members really enjoy singing. Sad to say, i cant really sing the chinese songs. Firstly i dont really listen to them. Secondly, i cant really read the chinese characters (Oops! I took higher chinese b4) and the lyrics change so fast! I told them that long time ago i went with my family members, i was too shy to sing. In the end, they chose for me "Silent Night". Then the Karaoke staff came in to the room to say that they dont have this song -_-" So pai sei. And i developed a "Karaoke phobia".
Then guess what, before the end of our session, while i was smsing, i heard the tune "Silent night". I was made to sing that song!!! Hmm so insulted! I have resoluted to go practice the chinese songs... all you people, watch out! The K Box queen is coming!
