I HATE BOOKING AIR TICKETS

ok this is gonna be my grumbling entry...

nearly tear off my hair trying to book air tickets.. Firstly I was to buy tickets for the Sibu missions trip. FIlled up all the particulars and finally at the last page.. its says .. ERROR! Gosh.. got to re-enter again. Then i realised i typed Dan's sirname incorrectly. Instead of young, i typed yong! So another 30 mins of trying to call into the ever busy contact center... finally settled.. then realised that i have to buy another ticket for another person and the hassle continued..

Then today, got to buy 17 tickets to BBK! The system only allows 9 person per time. So managed to filled up everything for the first 9 pple and pressed submit... Alas! I've got the wrong dates... someone kill me! So waited another 15 mins to get through to the customer service officer.. took another 10 minutes to rectify it.. then i told the officer to help me book for another 7 ...so again it took 30 mins for me to recite all the 7 names and finally secured the tickets and they were more expensive than the first batch... scratch my head and wonder why.. but thats not all, did i mention that i told her that i want 7? it should be 8! I actually forgot to include myself.. ok this time i m so prepared to kill myself! and finally the last transaction... And it failed.. there was an error with my card! I cant believe it!

So i managed to buy air tickets for everyone except myself :(

what an adventure with air tickets..
but i am pretty sure the trips will be worth the hassle :) but as of now..
I have developed a new phobia.. of buying air tickets
