shirls and i had longtong and lime juice two days ago in this malay shop. After eating, we just walked off... without paying!! And we completely forgot about this. hahaa...
I am now an "expert" in identity after running 2 seminars on this topic.
So "Who am I?"
I think this part is good... how does one foster a healthy self esteem?
Be optimistic
Accept things as they are (some things cant be changed but at least you can change yourself)
Be cheerful
Be enthusiastic
Be more alert
Have a sense of humour (don't take yourself too seriously, learn to laugh at yourself)
Be a good sport
Be grateful ( appreciate the things you have, don't dwell on things you do not have)
Have faith
Have Hope
See yourself as how God sees you. How are you talking to yourself?
Do you have a negative self talk? Things like "I am hopeless. No one can help me"
Do you not know that you are created in God's image? Don't let the devil deceive you. Isn't God powerful enough? Isn't His love and grace sufficient? Hasn't Christ paid the price?
Focus on the positive qualities of yourself and in situations. If you want to focus on the negative, there will be many to focus on :)
So "Who am I?" Answer it yourself
