Enough has been said. Enough has been taught. Now's the time to turn the talk into reality. From now till end of Jan, its going to be a no-holds barred effort to reach and retain 700 people in our Saturday side of the student ministry. Like I had said, one of the best way for us to make a global impact is through our local ministry. We need to build a world-class strong and biblical group to touch the sin-sicken world. And the time is now!

May God bless us. Let's work as if it all depends on us. Let's pray as if it all depends on God.

wynnie thanks for coordinating the global night. you were given quite a short time but u did a great job! Keep it up! thanks also for sharing your life with me! you are a person with a big heart for God. though sometimes it may be tough, i can trust that you will make a decision that pleases God!

jessie thanks for coordinating so many things in the camp. the hse leader, the dance and having to fetch the delegate. thank God for your willingness to do all these :) i've enjoyed the time we spent fetching the delegate and also playing risk. haha... dun forget that i beat you twice in a row * oops God opposes the proud

deb hey thanks for being my supporter or shall i say, my cheerleader! haha... think u r one person that have seen all my weakness yet you never fail to tolerate and bear with me. You've complimented me in many aspects. Thanks for loving me!

daniel thanks for giving ur best to the Lord. thank God for your hard work and you r a terrific team player. i know that its tough for u, having to work, serve in camp and take care of the internationals. But you have done all these with an excellent spirit!

gosh... i have so many to thank .... wanna say that many of you have impacted my lives in so many ways. thanks for giving to the lord so excellently.

i thank God for such a priviledge to serve in NE. thru this team , i am blessed with so many obedient and wonderful team players. thanks gals and guys!

God has helped NE in many ways and i ve seen many things achieve when we possess great team spirit! like the RC fund, the family day, the global connection, taking care of the delegates, winning schools.

i know that this is only the begining. i really look forward to what the Lord can do thru this wonderful team. One area that we wanna trust in God for is to see many many saved souls in this harvest seasons!

Today when worshipping the Lord, God reminded me how much the pple need Him. I repented for not having the urgency to outreach especially to my parents. I hope to see my parents serving God with me! I hope to see a CG in my house! Oh Lord use me!

I also hope to see so many student having a new meaning in their lives. Jesus makes world of a difference! I want to be the light that God can use to shine for other and the salt to bring flavour in their lives.

NE, lets do this again! We've done it before. Let's believe God to see it happen again! Let's see 120 pple worshipping God by end Jan!

delay no more, THE HARVEST IS HERE!

wow so many exciting happenings!

Firstly was the rc fund. We are to pay our RC fund on Wed and we fall short of $500 on Sunday. But after yesterday's collection and some pple who promised to give certain amount by Wed, we only fall short of $80!

From $500 to $80, that's a miracle :)
We have $80 more to go. So let's pray that God will bless us the amount thru our parents or whosoever so that we can contribute them to the RC fund again!

Thank you guys and gals for giving so generously. I know that many do not have much nevertheless you gave your best. Thanks and really appreciate that. Indeed together let's no mountains too high that we cant climb :) We did it once again!

Secondly is CAMP!!!
wah only 2 more days to go. I wanna urge you to keep a prayerful heart. Commit to the Lord your camp objectives. I know that this camp will be a refreshing and life transforming one. Please get your 'To Bring List' from your ULs.

Spiritual & Prayer Preparation for camp

The success of the camp and Christmas harvest rides on our prayers. Please take time to prepare yourself spiritually before and during the camp and Christmas harvest. Below are the prayer points for each day and the suggested worship songs.

How to use this 10-day prayer and fasting guide

Daily pray through the 10-day prayer guide.
* For each entry, first read aloud and meditate on the scripture referenced.
* Pray as the spirit leads. Stop, listen and wait for impressions from the spirit
* Record them in your personal journal. And then, whatever He says to you, just do it

As a student group, we are fasting one meal a day for the camp and Christmas harvest.

1st Dec - Day 1
* Ask God to help us to flee from evil desires and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace. Pray for a heart that desire to seek after God and His Kingdom.

* Ask God to examine and search our heart and reveal unto us any offensive attitude or actions. Confess every sin that the Holy spirit calls you to remembrance and accept God’s forgiveness

2nd Dec - Day 2
* Pray for yourself to be faithful in using your spiritual gifts to build the church. As God to help you discover if you haven’t known yours. Pray for specific spiritual gifts that you desire to have minister to the needs of the people in the church / caregroup

3rd Dec - Day 3
* Pray that you will obey fully at all times. Desire God’s will be done in your life. Ask God to help you to see His purpose in your life. Find God’s joy in your obedience. Find God’s blessings and purposes as you choose to obey His word. Be obedient to leaders in church, at workplace and at home.

4th Dec - Day 4
* Pray for a heart sensitive to the Holy Spirit prompting in everything you do. Ask God to draw you to people who are Spirit filled and having positive attitude towards circumstances

5th Dec - Day 5
* Pray for a accountability in your life. Pray that you will be responsible to account every thought, action and every desire to God and leaders by god’s grace.

6th Dec - Day 6
* Pray that you will be God’s faithful shepherd , who love and care for His flock. If you are yet to be shepherd, ask God that by His grace He will increase your desire to be Godly shepherd. Ask God to take away any fear for becoming a shepherd. For shepherd, pray that God will give you the wisdom to inspire others to love to take care of God’s flock. Pray that God will increase in your life His love to love your sheep and take care as the way God’s desire.

7th Dec - Day 7

8th Dec - Day 8
* Ask God to soften our pre-believing friends’ heart towards the gospel. Pray against any barriers that may hinder them to receive Christ. Pray for every sower to be sensitive and discerning of what to share and when to share
* Pray for repentance and the love of God to touch the backsliders’ hearts once again.

Have such a fruitful time in the retreat
My bones are aching cos it's been some time since I've exercised.
But I have enjoyed myself thoroughly.

This retreat was quite different from the previous one. We have more fellowship and interaction. Had steamboat on Sat night, initially I was afraid that we do not have enough food but in the end we had more than enough. There are still some leftover sausages and stuffs in the fridge, please cook them for your CG today :)

Then Peter and David started telling us a very loonngggggggg and lame story. They refused to tell us the ending of the story. But guess what, luan told me the ending last night and I really feel like bashing them up :|

Then we had this ice breaker in which you have to draw out your strengths, weakness and what you want to be in fifteen years time. Its amusing to see their drawings and what they wanna be. Majority wants to be a church planter, preacher and worship leader. We have one who wants to get married, another who wants to have children and drive them around in a car??

Ron taught me to play Risk. After seeing you guys so hooked on this game, I've finally get to have a taste of it. Ron is such a good player :) Its only fun to play this game if you are winning.

Sunday was great! We had breakfast (all diff "style" of eggs), worship, teaching, basketball, fitness corner and Risk and more risk.

I think what makes the retreat enjoyable is the people. Its great to fellowship with people who have the same heart, same purpose and vision for the Lord.

For those who are there, thanks for creating such wonderful memories together! Lets continue to charge forward for the Lord and see many more joining us in this superb vision =)
